On the way through this spot of Earth four managed mills (Hiera-Muhle, Daubesberger Muhle, Eck-Muhle) invite to a rest and three medieval castles (castle Schoneck, Ehrenburg, ruin Rauschenburg), summon you up to discovery.

Hiking tour 4 – the bizarrely Baybachtal
The actual Baybachtal (parallel to the Ehrbachtal) is a narrow ravine, where the rocks grow as high as a church tower on its sides out of the brook bed. You must absolutely reconnoiter the slate caves right behind the old mill "Schmausemuhle". The caves are relics from a time as the far over the boundaries of the region known Hunsruck was built. The Baybachtal by Gondershausen near Emmelshausen in the Hunsruck mountains can be reached by car in 20 minutes from the tavern Stahl.
